If you no longer have access to the email address you registered with or suspect there may be a typo, please visit our Updating Personal Information page for assistance. If you're having trouble logging in, this page will also guide you on how to reset your password.

Account Locked
For security reasons, after five (5) unsuccessful attempts to sign in to your account, it will be locked for 30 minutes. However, you can easily reset your password and unlock your account by following the reset directions in the article below:

If you suspect that someone may have gained unauthorized access to your Phone TV account, we recommend that you immediately reset your password. If you're having trouble logging in, you can also check the device history on your account by logging in and selecting Device List under the Personal Information section. Here, you can see the device type, unique ID, as well as the first and last used dates for every device where your account has been accessed. If you need to recover your username or get help related to unauthorized account activity, please follow the appropriate links.
Most error codes received at sign-in are related to either an incorrect email address or password.
Double-check the information entered, and if you're having trouble logging in, try again. If you continue to experience problems, close all open browser windows and clear your browser cache.
Additionally, if you experience errors while logging in to My Account or the Phone TV Website on a browser, and you use a VPN or any ad-blocking software, try disabling it.
If you need to recover your username or reset your password, follow the appropriate prompts on the login page.
If you're using Google Chrome, consider using incognito mode to log in: PC: Ctrl + Shift + N, Mac: Cmd + Shift + N. If you’re experiencing an issue such as an unresponsive loading screen or a generic error message, try the following device-specific general troubleshooting steps, like relaunching, updating, and restarting your Phone TV website.
You may also encounter a login 'looping' error where, after selecting Sign In, you are looped back to the sign-in screen and asked for your email and password again.
If you experience this error, there are a couple of things you can attempt: refresh or reload the web page, and if you're using an ad blocker or VPN, try disabling these services before signing in.
If you continue to have trouble logging in, you may need to enter your login credentials multiple times before successfully accessing your account.
