Cancellation Policy

As a monthly Phone TV subscriber, you are not tied down by a contract. That being said, you can cancel at any time.  If you choose to cancel, your current paid monthly subscription will run for the duration of your billing cycle. 

This means that you can enjoy your monthly subscription until your renewal date.

As a Phone Tv pass subscriber, you have the ability to customize your short-term subscription for a day, week, or weekend! Whether you are just trying out Phone Tv or making sure you catch your favorite seasonal games, you have the ability to choose what is right for you. 

Phone Tv’s Day, Week, and Weekend Passes cannot be paused or cancelled.

If you cancel during a free trial, your subscription will be terminated immediately.

NOTE: Refunds are not provided for prepaid or partial months of service. If canceled, your service will remain active until your renewal date.
